Can Americans really be forced to get “fully vaccinated” for COVID? It depends on whom you ask. One newsletter reader asked us about coercion when it comes to medical treatment.
Voluntary Consent?
The Nuremberg Code was established after World War II and the horrific discovery that the Nazis, under the direction of “mad scientist” Dr. Josef Mengele, used medicines and procedures, including experimental ones, on Jews against their will in the name of “scientific research.” It was determined that this should never happen again.
Do a search on “Nuremberg Code COVID-19 vaccine,” and several “fact-”check websites come up, so we assume this question has been asked numerous times. POLITIFACT predictably rated this claim “false.” No, they say, the Nuremberg Code does not apply because the COVID-19 vaccines are not experimental, as they received emergency-use FDA approval.
If a person is denied the ability to make a living, or to leave his home, or a child is denied the right to go to school, that is duress, which is clearly a violation of the Code.
POLITIFACT says, “One of the Nuremberg principles is that humans should not be subject to medical experiments without their voluntary consent. The COVID vaccines have been tested in clinical trials with people who gave their consent.” (Ah, those people gave their consent.) POLITIFACT says an “expert” told them that the premise that COVID-19 vaccinations are medical experiments is “not true.”
They attempt to cover their bases by pointing out that the Nuremberg Code is not part of U.S. law.
Sounds Pretty Experimental To Us

Just saying that fruit was never available like that when I was young. We got oranges when they were in season. They had seeds and were generally smaller and some were green or yellowish. Apples came in apple season. They were all sorts of shapes and also smaller. And all the fruit was less sweat unless you got it in the peak of the season. Now it has the nutritional value of a snickers bar.
The law, codes of moral and ethical decency, lawfulness, respect of rights. They all sound pretty don’t they? You expect to follow these codes don’t you?
This administration does not.
Cite all the Nuremberg you want, this administration does not care about it.
Someone please tell me who will enforce this, I say nobody. Even if someone did, the perpetrators would all be dead of old age before this made it to a court. I’m sick of seeing posts like this, wake up and look how the world operates.
Mike you so funny. Even some of us lower level folks find it blatantly obvious that the new kids in town don’t give even a single crap about any Nurnberg rules or the constitution or the BOR. Court orders? Pfffftttttt! Objections by citizens? Pffffttttt! ACTUAL science? Pfffftttttt! Inflation? Ain’t bothering them so Pfffftttt!
That is why every few generations a Nuremberg court needs to be reconvened.
A few senior Big Pharma and .gov officials executed by firing squads will send a solid message.

Sweden may start the trials although I believe the majority of the evidence presented will be virtual which is why the conglomerates such as Google/Alphabet are desperate to censor anyone who dares speak up.

Those are BASIC and positively immovable prerequisites with ANY medical intervention
I used to work on a board that reviewed various ‘interventions’ and projects.
The code was scrupulously observed under pain of litigation and with the sure penalty of full (possibly permanent) withdrawal/loss of funding!! From what I recall, it looks like Fauci and Co. have broken just about every rule and committed every possible infraction!
Good post! Coerced consent is not consent. Knowing that will allow a lot of Christians, Muslims, Jews, and moralistic atheists to defy mandates with a clear conscience. If enough of them do, then it’s State: 0, People: 1.
But there will just be another battle around the next corner, so we can’t let our guard down...

Nuremberg, shmeremberg as rules and Laws have never applied to the left, which they flaunt. Democrats and their MSM allies have an agenda and their victims are most often kids. I read an article over at PJmedia about the latest example, “Media ‘Discovers’ That Kyle Rittenhouse Defended Himself and They’re Shook “, so give that a look. The evidence was there from the start the left simply ignored it, just as they did with Nick Sandmann. It isn’t just the forced masking and vaccines for kids, it’s abortion too. Meanwhile the left imports foreign kids at an alarming pace.
Fruit is sweeter now.
