That is on full display as more details emerge with news the star Packers quarterback will miss Sunday’s highly anticipated game against the Chiefs after testing positive for COVID-19 while unvaccinated.
Rodgers “petitioned the NFL to have an alternate treatment that he underwent before he returned to the Packers that would allow him to be considered the same as someone who received one of the approved vaccinations,” according to ESPN.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Rodgers “received homeopathic treatment from his personal doctor to raise his antibody levels.” The NFL reportedly deliberated about Rodgers’ request before declining it.

I pray for these kids, too.
At least the parents didn't turn them over to Fauxi for sand fly experiments...

Except the small the dilution the stronger the effect according to homeopaths. Also something like a 30C dilution contains less than 10^30 of the original. A 50C dilution would be 10,000X more diluted than putting one cc of poison in the entire ocean.

Actually I am wrong, I was thinking of the power of 10 not 100. A 30C solution would be a 1 followed by 60 zeros Basically 1/trillion, trillion, trillion, trillion, trillonth of the original substance.

Correct; that's one aspect of it that I never understood. The pain relief cream I use contains minute amounts of aconitum (Monks's Hood), arnica, and belladonna, all of which are extremely poisonous if taken internally in their natural form.
There's an episode of the 1990s British TV series "Cadfael" in which Monk's Hood plays a prominent role (it's the title of the episode). Cadfael is a medieval monk/herbalist who solves crimes. He used a concoction of Monk's Hood to make a balm which soothed back and joint pain. In this episode, someone stole some his his supply and used it to kill someone by putting it in their food.

Don’t drag quack medicine like homeopathy into it.

Tell me about it please?

Since the “vaccine” does not work, I would go with a less deadly alternative that doesn’t work either. Why risk heart disease when you it’s not needed? Other alternatives don’t work just as well.

It’s called T-Relief. It’s a clear gel like Purell, and sometimes - if the sciatica has been bothering me - I rub a little across my lower back just before bed. It soaks in like Purell hand sanitizer. In addition to the ingredients I mentioned, there’s about a dozen others, including familiar ones like echinacea, chamomile, and calendula.

It varies a great deal. Short time if you are vaccinated. Longer if you are not.

Thank you! I’ll give it a shot!

I was up in remote Alaska and the native gave me some homemade Devil’s Club ointment for a sore knee. They swore by it (and sold it) but I didn’t notice any difference.
And don’t confuse naturalistic stuff (like my mixture of perhaps 50% Devil’s Club and other plants) with the homeopathic stuff that would be one drop of something in a bottle of water.

Maybe the homeopathic thing did work, and turned what might have been a serious case into a mild case? Of course, I can’t prove that, just as I can’t prove that my vitamin C, D3, Zinc, quercetin etc. will prevent Covid. But we do what we think might help.

You must have missed those boring old line graphs on page one of the Times.

I lived in Korea for years in the 70s and 80s, and those folks used Chinese medicine for almost every ailment, and it often worked just fine. The Rockefellers worked hard to discredit “folk medicine” so they could build a multi-billion medical/pharmaceutical empire. I have cleared eye infections in both animals and people with chamomile tea, which even cleared a chronic herpes eye infection in one of my pets. I give my dogs turmeric for joint pain, and use it myself for chronic pain relief, and it works better than anything I've gotten from my physician. The natural world has been supplied with everything we need to prosper, if we only take the time to learn what to do with what we discover.
