Somewhere in the upper northeast there must be an economic school or think-tank where leftist graduate students are taught how to verbalize cognitive dissonance using the same 300 words and emojis in a sequential pattern. Two of the most visible alma maters’ of this school are Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and a fellow named Brian Deese, who is now the White House National Economic Council director.

In his latest exhibition of post-graduate cognitive dissonance, Deese nuts, the primary architect of the JoeBama economic program, appears on NBC to proclaim that massive U.S. inflation is somehow connected to the fact that 5 to 11-year-old children are not yet vaccinated. Richards: Nathan DeBruin, filmed the destruction of this community, uptown, downtown, FBI and ATF found out about his photos, he gave it to them. Sat down with detective, full interview, gave photos, talked about Rosenbaum behavior, didn't know Kyle.

Richards: DeBruin said, if there was trouble, Rosenbaum was there. Didn't have a lawyer until after he meet with Kraus and Binger, Binger the person who has made it his person goal to put my client's head on his wall. It means he's been cutting corners.

Richards: DeBruin said after meet with Binger, very uncomfortable, putting words in my mouth, Ziminski, all the photos of that conduct, went out and got a lawyer right after meeting with Binger and Kraus.

Richards: DeBruin heard Rosenbaum saying I just got out of jail, not afraid to go back, no evidence he didn't come out of jail, Binger says he was in hospital, no records of that in evidence, evidence he's off medication, that seems likely.

Richards: Rosenbaum had chains, chose to come down to riot and that's what he did. DeBruin chronicled that, went where the chaos was, and Rosenbaum was always there.

Richards: Lucas Zanin, born and raised Kenosha, empathy for small businesses. Did any of us want those fires started? I don't think so.

Richards: Binger and I will go round and round, they were rioters, they were not demonstrators, the demonstrators were buy the courthouses earlier in the night, these people are rioters, hitting cars with pipes, glass breaking, people jumping on cars.

Richards: Friend said he couldn't find GG at hospital because anonymous name. Nobody knew who GG was at the time, why need for anonymity.

Richards: Friend posted GG only regret didn't kill Rittenhouse.

Next witness: Kyle Rittenhouse. Did not have to take witness stand, he wanted you to hear his personal experience, he knew Binger would cross examine him for hours, willing to take witness stand anyway?

Richards: Rosenbaum didn't stop, made a fatal mistake chasing Rittenhouse into corner he ran a far as he could and he shot four times.

Richards: People can protest, but shouldn't burn property indiscriminately of innocent people. Kyle feels for this community, he worked as a life guard, here cleaning graffiti for free because he's looking for trouble. Came to help, that's what he did.

Richards: Rush to judgment, highly charged atmosphere here, they had to do something, they had to charge the white supremacist who is not a white supremacist. Never re-assessed, never looked at it, that means he was touching the barrel?

Richards: Drew Hernandez video, see jump kick man, Kelly Ziminski talking. Rosenbaum, as soon as Kyle coming, gets up and starts walking away, with Kelly Ziminski, jump kick man there earlier. That's Kyle with fire extinguisher walking, doesn't say anything. Not chasing.

Richards: Hear Kyle yell friendly, friendly, friendly, that is the start of Rosenbaum changing Kyle. Throws bag.

Richards: Gaige video does Kyle ever point gun at him when GG is unarmed. "I'm going to the police." None of the people who chase Kyle is at Car Source three. The mob has formed and is chasing him down Sheridan.

Richards: Kyle is zero threat to anybody, nonsense Binger is trying to sell you, Kyle's not shooting anybody. Fairy Tale land to think that Kyle could stop, put his gun down, say everything's cool, I'm going to the police. Not how real world works.

Kyle has run two blocks, almost three, hasn't shot his gun since. If active shooter, he's laying waste to everybody. He has 30 bullets, he shot 8 times. He's not indiscriminately shooting, pointing doing anything.

Richards: Pointing the gun at anybody? No. Running to the police vehicles. Not fleeing to hide in shadows.

Richards: Blow to the head, first struck with rock to back of head. Not active shooter, two blocks hasn't shot anybody.

Richards: Next Anthony Huber, first blow with skateboard to Kyle's head.

Richards: Kyle on ground, most vulnerable position you can be in. Huber picking up skateboard, guy with towel around head coming in. Jump Kick man coming in.

Richards: Kyle points gun at this guy coming in, he backs off, Kyle does not shoot him. Jump kick man kicks in hhim face, spins Kyle 180 degrees. Huber comes in with skateboard, strikes Kyle in head.

Richards: "Get his ass." Hit in head, cap is off, Huber winds up, full source of body, swings board at Kyle. Kyle blocks it, doesn't shoot Huber, even though attacked with deadly weapon.

Richards: Can see Kyle knocked down, multiple people charging in, they back off, Kyle doesn't shoot them. Jump kick man, Huber grabs rifle, being pulled away from Kyle's body, that's when shot fired. GG flinches.

Richards: Kyle trying to get up, Huber grabbing the gun, pulling gun from Kyle, Kyle fires. When Huber shot, GG flinches, automatic reaction.

Kyle: GG flinches, hands up, Kyle does not shoot him. Then GG charges back in, with a loaded Glock handgun, Kyle sees it coming, gets within a couple of feet, and fires. If he has hands up, and wants nothing to do with Kyle, backs away, nobody who backs away gets shot.

Richards: GG charging in with pistol, only regret is he didn't shoot first, empty magazine into the kid. Sees this person with board, doesn't shoot him. Other person backs off, doesn't shoot him. Walks to police line.

Richards: Kyle doesn't stop, because it's not safe. Walks to police with hands up, trying to turn himself in.

Richards: That's the case. No threatening behavior that started this. Rosenbaum hell-bent on trouble that night, and he got it. Kyle's behavior is protected under law of self-defense.

Richards: If you decided on Count 1 is self-defense, don't go on to lesser included offenses. And that affects Count 2, if privileged as to Rosenbaum, privileged as to McGinnnis.

Richards: On scene #2, no active shooter, if they want to be heros, those attacking need to be right, and they weren't. Kyle shot Rosenbaum because he was attacking Kyle. Everybody shot was attacking Kyle.

Richards: Binger says no injury. That's not the standard. Standard is likely to cause harm. My client not obliged to take a beating before he can defend himself.

Richards: No winners in this case, but putting Kyle down for something he was privileged to do, is not justice.

Court takes 10 minute recess.
