For Moderna you must get your first dose no later than Oct. 27, and second dose no later than Nov. 24
For Pfizer you must get your first dose no later than Nov. 3, and second dose no later than Nov. 24
For Johnson & Johnson you get your only dose no later than Nov. 24
For Psalm 73 - bloody never.
For us it is December 8th and that I think that is the date for the Federal mandate but I will also be getting mine on the 12th of never.
Make them fire you for refusing the vax.
Do not try to get a fake pass.
That just legitimizes their mandate. Fight back!
So the absolute latest is 2 weeks prior to your deadline - that is if you can find the single dose J&J. If you really want to be brave, participate in the phase 3 trials of one of the mRNA based "vaccines." These are two doses. For the Pfizer, it is 3 weeks between doses. So you'd need to back up 2+3 or 5 weeks prior to your deadline to start down that path. For the Moderna experiment, it is 4 weeks between doses, so back up 2+4 or 6 weeks prior to deadline.
If you're up against the Dec 8th deadline (like I am) that means 10/27 to start Moderna (today!), 11/3 to start Pfizer, or 11/24 for J&J. Although getting a shot the day before Thanksgiving probably isn't smart. If you have a really bad reaction to it hospitals and urgent care centers will be short staffed. Even if you only have a nominal reaction to it - who wants to feel bad on a holiday?
As far as know they have not allowed any modification of the form in any way... Bummer.... :(
Why not ask the company?
I’ve just put out another query to my employer. Still no real detail plan on what they expect by Dec 1. Just vague “be vaccinated or tested weekly”. And how are you all going to implement and enforce this? No communication yet re all those logistics. Just “the presidents group is working on it”…this from the “Emergency Operations” dept which is linked for communication re this. IOW, they aren’t prepared at all.
If you ask for clarification, you are also putting pressure on them. Pressure to find out this isn’t going to be so easy.
Apparently there is no timing. Biden read a statement, but nothing was actually officially recorded as of now. (?)
So the mandate is just a nonbinding private suggestion of Mr. Biden.
I think it is actually clever, they avoid lawsuits etc, and let the scared companies do their bidding.
I am not sure of this as of now, so correct me if I am wrong.
I think the procedure is a QR code at your patient portal on the hosepustol website that everybody’s supposed to have nowadays including those who cannot possibly figure out how to obtain voter ID.
I don’t really care cuz I don’t go any place that would ever ask me for proof of anything unless I’m in Tennessee and then I guess my gray hair and wrinkles fool them into thinking I’m under 21 and I get carded for beer everytime.

There’s no official timeline because there’s no official edict. I read it will be sometime in November, prolly later, before OSHA finishes with the mandate and it becomes official.
