In the 2004 Governor's race in the State of Washington, wildly popular Republican Dino Rossi overcame Democrat Christine Gregoire (aka Fraudoire) and her criminal syndicate of lawyers and union bosses that have kept a lock on key elective offices in the State for as long as anyone can remember.
In Seattle, I knew one of the lawyer kingpins whose family had their hands in the State’s politics since the late 1800s. Joe T headed up at one time a law firm of more than 50 lawyers but three ex-wives ate him for dinner leaving him to relish gin highballs for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in between. He passed away a miserable sinner in the late 2000s
He taught me about securities laws, investor financing, niche placements and so on. But he also informed me how the party controlled its election outcomes for critical offices.
ABSOLUTE CONTROL
Not 99% control, rather 100% total control. Because the one time that a leader of the opposing party would be elected, that would be the end for the ruling families in the region. Nothing could be left to chance.
Joe T bragged to me about how a kindred spirit friend in the City, the Big Apple City, could 'deliver' 7+ million votes. This was before Dominion and its dirty cousins took over that business.
COUNT EVERY VOTE!
So here was disruptor Dino Rossi (R) threatening outside the walls of the Democrat castle. Dino won the first count, won the second machine recount and ..... like clockwork ..... union janitors discovered bags upon bags of ballots in their closets that hadn't yet been counted, ensuring the third manual recount went to their queen.
The third recount put Fraudoire over the top by 128 votes out of millions. Bye-bye Dino!
Not so fast. The State GOP and the Rossi Campaign had the gall to sue for fraud!
FRAUD CONFIRMED BUT WHICH WAY?
In the lawsuit, the amount of fraud was PROVEN to be orders of magnitude greater than Fraudoire's margin of theft, 128 votes
The Judge who wore a single earring on the side favored by certain democrats, confirmed the proven fraud.
But then the judge ruled there was no evidence for WHICH WAY the fraud went, to Rossi or Gregoire? And therefore bye-bye lawsuit. It was obvious which way the fraud went, but ..... need that proof or no deal!
You see, the disconnected proof was in the registrations and canvassing which were disconnected from the actual ballots.
Looking at the entirety of ballots, there was no way to connect them to fraudulent registrations and there was no way to determine an actual ballot to be bogus, at least not with 2004 technology.
Fraudoire did a Grande Jeté into the Guv's wo-Mansion while snickering at Dino. Yep, absolute control, nothing left to chance.
NOVEMBER 2020: 'THE BIG STEAL' v. 'THE BIG LIE'
So what is different in the Nov 2020 presidential election from the Rossi v. Gregoire case?
PCAPs
PCAP = Packet Capture
PCAPs are analogous to postal mail. There are from and to addresses, time-stamped by USPS, and message material inside. But PCAPs fly in the billions around the internet 24/7 into and out of countries.
What was handed by NSA Contractors to Lindell on January 9 this year were Terabytes of ALL PCAPs into and out of the United States covering the election period.
ALL AS IN WE HAVE IT ALL.
The November 2020 steal was captured in its entirety claims Lindell, like having dozens of cameras film a bank robbery from all different angles with closeups and broad area views.
I believe him because his lawyers have taken control and have been busy traveling the country presenting in secret to selected State AGs their PCAP cases and accordingly, more than 20 AGs have joined up and agreed to be plaintiffs before the US Supreme Court.
I know from others I trust and from some experience that getting a State AG to be a plaintiff for their State or anyone is a tall order unless the evidence is compelling and the crime demands action. Therefore, if the Lindell lawyers have succeeded in persuading 20 State AGs and growing, then it's very likely a solid case.
SO SCOTUS CONFIRMS FRAUD, THEN WHAT?
As in Rossi v. Gregoire, what can SCOTUS rule on? Because of PCAPs, they can clearly see the presentations by 20+ State AGs show massive fraud accruing to the benefit of Biden.
What about the 30- State AGs not yet signed up? Lindell says he's working on it and has 38 total in work. That 38 number is a 3/4+ majority of States. Thats enough to ratify an Amendment to the Constitution. Good luck Mike. But Mike says we need only one AG to have standing.
Remember that '38 Special' number. That may have been a clue hatched by Lindell.
WHAT QUESTIONS CAN BE ASKED OF SCOTUS?
If enough States decertify their election certification based on clear and convincing fraud:
Can SCOTUS, Congress, or a determinant composition of States declare the 2020 election to be null and void?
Can SCOTUS strip Biden of his presidential powers based on a null and void election?
Can Congress hold an emergency 12th Amendment election based on nullification of a presidential election?
Is a Constitutional Amendment needed for STATES to remove a wrongfully installed President?
And many, many more questions. This subject is rich with issues and questions, a jobs program for lawyers spanning many years to come.
But one question asked repeatedly is can SCOTUS decertify the 2020 presidential election?
I don't think so. I think they can issue a declaratory ruling that states can proceed with decertification but that there is no constitutional provision for acting on such decertifications.
I don't see clearly that SCOTUS can authorize Congress to conduct an emergency 12th Amendment election based on state decertifications. Congress has the constitutional power to impeach and remove. An emergency changeover election seems overkill.
However, a portion of this Congress has been 'installed' the same as this Mr. Biden fellow. PCAPs should reveal which down ballot elections were flipped. Recalls can remove a number of these.
Barring issues of decertifications, recalls, nullification, and changeouts in power, the reality is this entire episode in history is rooted in CRIME of historic proportions and there are no Sheriffs or US Marshals to take the accused into custody nor are there reliable voting pathways to change the makeup of the elected.
Without some sort of Sheriff role in play, I don't see how a criminal syndicate will be willing to abide by court rulings or legislative resolutions. I do see a criminal syndicate making trouble in whatever way distracts, impedes, or impairs their opponents.
The most positive scenario I can envision would be that enough real information somehow disseminates to the general public to create momentum to deactivate the voting machines and election networks in order that the real voice of the public emerges in elections, in time for America's vote to be true and genuine. But we can bet that distractions and wars will initiate to impede any efforts by Americans to get their country back.
The only 'Sheriff' actor I can imagine to help Americans get their country back is the fabled ethereal 'Eisenhower Contingent' which is highly secretive with questionable existence. This Contingent was said to be formed during the Eisenhower years within the military to span generations to be prepared and ready to rid the Republic of a Marxist infiltration of government, to stop the takeover of the United States by whatever means necessary.
Should this Eisenhower Contingent no longer exist, I can only think defiance by States is what will be relied on.
What happened in 2020 is not going to be reversed no matter what evidence might be brought forward.
I agree. Focus, time, and effort should be spent of guaranteeing only LEGAL and VALID votes being counted CORRECTLY and ONCE!
This is over, old news, all we can do now is fix the election system and try and get a fair vote hereforward.

At this point our only real choice before 2024 is replacing sufficient members of congress to impeach biden and harris. I think it is reasonable to get “Republican” majorities in both houses but short of overwhelming public demand and even then, I doubt congress will act to impeach and remove biden and harris. We waste our time, money, and resource trying.

What they could, and should have done, was hear the cases that dealt with the arbitrary changes to the elections laws that weren’t authorized by the State Legislatures. They totally ignored their previous ruling in Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98 (2000), and instead, chose to let illegal acts remain unchallenged.
Can they?
Maybe.
Will they?
