It’s unbelievably vile that any type of surgery center would be allowed to operate with a non-working elevator for emergencies.
The Fire Marshall is corrupt and taking bribes. There is no other explanation for such knowing incompetence.

Take a look at the pictures. How can that be when half the fire department had to come out to get out out of that building? Certainly they would have complained to the Fire Marshall about this?
