I read that one video in particular is unspeakably horrifying. I regret investigating it. Thats all im saying.
Yea I’ve been following this since the beginning and reading the court documents. According to the FBI one of the videos Josh was viewing was the “5th worst he had ever seen”.
Josh was freaking stupid not to have taken the plea deal on Monday. He got away with it before and he really things he can skate this time. This is not IFB Church, oh no he’s shark meat this time.
I am skeptical of any incidence of pornography being found on anyone’s device or desktop before seeing the reaction of the arrestee. It is too easy to plant it there remotely by any agency that wants one cancelled. That is one liability of the Digital Age. Anyone is subject to federal or local arrest and prosecution for pornography “found” on a device.
