We have plenty of Vietnamese, Hmong, Chinese, Thai, Korean and Indian markets and restaurants nearby. I have a favorite Korean store that sells frozen bulgogi meat already cut up and marinated, and all the various Korean veggies and noodles and kimchee so I can buy whatever and take home and prepare whenever.

I’m out in the sticks with only two small Asian markets with 1/2 hour drive. This past weekend I was in a city that has a mega Asian market. I stocked up there and then found a Laotian cafe for some Viet coffee and a Bahn Mi.
