A school bus driver was fatally stabbed in front of students after picking them up from a Washington state elementary school Friday afternoon, authorities said.
The alleged killer, who is now in custody, got on the bus near Longfellow Elementary in the city of Pasco around 3 p.m. and launched the knife attack as multiple children watched in horror, according to police. The victim lost control of the vehicle and crashed it near the school building, police said.
The unidentified driver was pronounced dead a hospital. No children were physically injured in the attack or crash.
The suspect’s name has not been released, but police said he was still at the scene when they arrived and was taken into custody without further incident.
More information is expected to be released Monday, said Pasco Police Capt. Bill Parramore.
“Pasco police detectives will be processing the crime scene throughout the night,” he told reporters in a prepared statement. “The Pasco Police Department will work in close partnership with the Pasco School District through this investigation.”
Pasco School District Superintendent Michelle Whitney said counselors would be available over the weekend and next week to meet with students who were on the bus and any staff affected by the incident.

If no one in the media is honest, and same with 90% of law enforcement, FIB and city, state and US government---then what do the young kids on the bus have to live up to?
Someone said to me: "It used to be parents tried to guide and lead their children who then rebelled and went through a phase and matured later. Now the parents are cheating and urging them to cheat. Pornography and many drugs are legal in most places. They have nothing to rebel against."
Pasco is way out in central Washington; there aren’t many Muslims out there. However, the Yakima-Pasco corridor is an agricultural area with a lot of Hispanic workers. If the perp isn’t white, my guess would be Hispanic.
My bet is homey vs homey.
All of these weird events are, imo ... a prelude to something big about to happen and this is cover to prevent focused attention.

It may be that the person doing the stabbing was an elementary school student.
That would explain withholding the name.
This…likely an illegal from what used to be the southern border.
