We all know there are a lot of breakthrough cases , where vaccinated individuals are infected with Covid. This is true, and we all know it whichever side of the Vax debate we come down on.
What I am wondering, and hope somebody here knows, Is how many, if any, of those cases are in folks who also previously had covid?
Also, how many who have natural immunity from having had Covid, if any, have been re-infected?
1 Vaccinated, no prior Covid infection.
2 Vaccinated with prior Covid infection.
3 Unvaccinated with prior covid infection.
If you already had Covid, I say don’t get vaccinated.
Never vaccinated and no plans of getting vaccinated.
In January of 2020 a group of us went to a hockey game and half of us became sick shortly after. All with the same symptoms, dry cough, no smell, no taste.
Recovered shortly after. Never had a reoccurence, even living in the same house as my wife who had covid about two months ago. She recovered just fine as well, and has never been vaxxed.
Good questions.
Not hard to know to ask.
So here i sit, “vaccinated” against Covid (Moderna ), and got Covid in May, (sick sick at home), and again in End of August ( less sick but still sick at home), with residual neck pain after vaxxed, but pre infection.
Positive saliva test,negative PCR tests
I haven’t had it as far as I know and don’t plan to be vaxxed either. I’m looking for comparative data for my own edification. (And hopefully that of others.)
I just don’t remember seeing any studies that compiled these statistics. I think it may be very interesting to see. Remember some Doctors have predicted ADE in those vaxxed who are then exposed to the virus in the wild.
I strongly agree those who have had Covid should NOT get the vax.
4. Vaccinated but vaccine not effective presently due to passage of time.
According to the CDC that’s everyone vaccinated before June, as of now. Unless they’ve had a booster.
“Is how many, if any, of those cases are in folks who also previously had covid? Also, how many who have natural immunity from having had Covid, if any, have been re-infected?
Trying to collect those numbers if actually out there, which they aren’t, is impossible. No one is going to tell you the truth because they don’t know it. We are talking about millions of possibilities and they are going to blame which ever way is advantages. And if they can’t make up a workable answer, they’ll blame Trump. If you go looking, you’ll be lied to forever or spun. It’s all they have. I’m sure you have something more positive to do than waste your time.

4. Not vaxxed. No personal covid history I know of.
Not interested in getting tested for anything unless I am sick.
Well, I know it’s difficult, but it’s hardly a waste of time, though you may be right in suggesting I’ll never find the answer. But there are people on this site who are very good with data and deeply involved in this subject. I’m hoping they’ll chime in.
So I hope maybe some answers will be forthcoming. Meanwhile, I appreciate the personal anecdotes I’m getting.
Thank you for your reply.
Almost everyone I know in the last couple of months that have covid has already been vaccinated. A hearsay comment I heard on I believe OAN was that vaccine is now only about 40% effective. If a vaccine is less than 60% effective, why bother?
Absolutely some body has that data.
The 4th question is why is it not publicized and why these questions remain unanswered.
It doesn’t matter. It is not important. People like you won’t let it die.
“Shut up”, he explained.
What difference does it make? Scientifically, the evidence proves that for the majority of the populace, natural immunity is superior.
Those, too, will get it again (trust me), but they’ll hardly notice.
The notion that ‘modern medicine’ can control a single virus is laughable in the face of complete & utter ineptitude on the expanding epidemic of CVD.
Your questions are leading, resting on statistics or purely anecdotal statements of personal experience with no bearing on the larger picture, which is overwhelmingly controlled by those pushing lies (including their agents here). The sample is FAR too small to be meaningful.
I ask again: At this time,
Why do the ‘vaccinated’ care if the ‘unvaccinated’ die?
It matters because accurate data (which I admit may be very difficult to find) would possibly validate your opinions, with which I happen to agree 100%. Except for the “What difference does it make?” part.
And maybe it would prove us both fools, though I doubt it, but at least we’d know.
A thread of possible interest to you all.
How would or even could you collect that data? I believe i had covid in feb of 2020. There were no tests then. I would not share any of my data with any government people, ever. I am betting i am not alone on that.
My points were rhetorical (mostly). I sympathize, but the reality is that the ONLY data which is not filtered and regurgitated as fabrications come from overseas.
I gave up on domestic news & data months ago.
I don’t have a link, but the answers to your questions lie in Israel & UK, which will ultimately disgrace the Faucists.
Again, the samples here are far too small and the answers - though interesting - will have no bearing whatsoever.
OK. Interesting points.
I am mostly curious, being very interested, as we all are, in figuring this mess out. I may never find the data, but I do believe if such were available, it would be quite valuable to those seeking guidance on whether or not to vax. Also to serious researches and policy makers. Not that there’s lot of honest policy makers out there.
The truth is alway good to know.
