Obama authorized individual drone killings. Is it unreasonable to ask if Biden approved this killing of an aid worker and 7 children?

Assuming that Biden approved the strike, here’s follow-up question #1: Did Biden even know what he was approving?

And now follow-up question #2: Who’s controlling that aide?

He did a great job of asking Blinken (several different ways) whether the drone strike killed civilians. Blinken lied during his testimony saying he did not know. Total BS!
What gets me, is he completely forgot he asked Blinken this question? Blinken should be up for charges for lying to Congress.
