There was a famous case in the UK where 3 drug dealers were driving out to a field for a meeting and when they stopped at a pasture gate someone waiting in the bushes killed them all. It was called the Rettendon murders and there were several books and movies about it. Trash killing trash and the world was better off for it.
Provos in N. Ireland regularly eliminated the drug dealers.
