I’m no auto mechanic but even I know how to get stuck tires off a car.
I’ve watched mr. mm do it a number of times, thanks to the salt used in CNY winters.
True about the insurance, but with the dry climate you can be killed by a De Soto with the original paint.
Back in 1988 I was at a Sears automotive place in Brooklyn Center area when this woman came rushing in saying her temperature gauge was in the hot area.
She had her oil changed at another place nearby and they had drained the oil but forgot to add any replacement.
I once saw a car with the front left tire that had fallen off and spun the car around. They had the tires rotated and someone there did not put on the lug nuts right.

In my state, you have a loan, you have full coverage. something doesn’t smell right.

Illinois law requires liability coverage only. It’s lending institutions that require full coverage as a condition of financing your car.
I didn’t realize that Walmart’s offered oil changes.
