Funerals are funny things. People go there with their own ideas of what was special about the deceased. Meaning, it’s possible that not all of Shana’s family members are Trump supporters. In fact, it’s very possible, as he was always seen as a controversial president to those who get all their news from main stream media.

Yup. He should NOT attend the funeral. He should go and meet with the parents in private at a hotel. He should listen, and console, and explain if he comes, his presence will detract from the ceremony for the slain honored son. Give them as much time in private as they wish to consume, then invite the family back after. He should say nothing to the eneMedia except for his sorrow for the hero son. Nothing.
