The Pfizer treatment is a decent prophylactic.
My question IS NOT about who is vaccinated or not, it’s about the apparent disparate serious infections along what we might call “party lines” at the high levels.
I repeat - name a prominent, politically powerful leftie who has been vaccinated and who has been seriously ill and/or hospitalized? Show. Me. The Data. There may be lots, but I cannot recall ANY of the (D) reps, senators, or white house staff who have had serious clinical infections.
Let me try again: Name a Righty who was vaxed and became seriously ill or hospitalized.
I maintain the vaccines are working as intended, and those righties who end up dead and splashed on the news were simply unvaccinated.

Our friend is a physician at a major hospital system in my state...he's also a conservative Christian...who stated that 96% of the seriously I'll covid patients in his hospital are not vaccinated. He has no reason to lie.
Not answering your question directly, but consider professional athletes. Lots of them have had positive tests. At least a few have been out of action longer than the league minimums. Eduardo Rodriguez missed the 2020 season with Covid and myocarditis. I’m not aware of any deaths of active players, for what that’s worth.
The players and leagues lean left. Non-vaccinated players are criticized, especially if they have positive tests and/or teammates do.
