Just a thought. When reading scripture, doesn’t one get the notion that all this is WITHIN God’s plan? In that I mean, prophecy of old, prophecy scripture in the new testament speaks of stuff like this taking place. The great falling away. God giving people over to strong delusions, giving them over to depraved minds and so forth.

When studying scripture, this all doesn’t surprise me. It seems to have come faster than I had anticipated and quite eerie/creepy.
