I read the article and it doesn’t say they solved the three-body problem. Very misleading headline.

This could be useful in terms of figuring out the percentages of planets or red dwarves that are kicked out of star systems and end up going rogue, but it is useless as far as providing a closed form solution for the exact location of the three bodies at some future time t given a specific set of initial conditions.
