I saw this over the weekend. After a couple of days thinking about it, all I can say is:

We can’t hardly afford it anymore. It’s doubled in price since pre-covid days. I plan on getting a breeding pair of small pasture pigs to add to the meat goat herd we started last year.

If they keep going pretty soon the only people living in California will be Vegans, homeless people, LGBT folks, illegal aliens and the Silicon Valley elites. They will then have to foot the bill to support the government and they will move overseas.

Not just bacon but ham and pork... the one meat inexpensive enough now to eat regularly. We had to cut way way back on beef, and bought more chicken and pork because of our budget, and now the maggots on the left are gonna price us out of that those too.
