Ban this. Ban that. Ban plastic straws and plastic bags. Ban smokers and their cigarette butts. Ban the unvaccinated. Everybody jumps on the BANd wagon instead of addressing the real issue of littering. Litter bugs are the real problem. Not the items that get tossed. 🤨 Leave my butts alone.

Cig butts are everywhere.
As long as Joe is that a mandating mode why doesn’t he mandate that cigarettes be sold without filters. Or roll-your-own. People who want filters would buy tham as an accessory item.
