people who are vaccinated can and do donate blood. Just not convalescent plasma which requires you to have had the disease

my wife made a super donor donation on June 9th. She is unvaxxed and has never been infected with COVID-19. They segregated blood from vaxxed and that of recovered COVID. Her untainted blood is in high demand.

You’re not kidding about a shortage. The hospital where I work normally has quarterly blood drives- now we’re having them every 2 weeks.
