Mine was down — just finishing the process of reinstalling it — had a WIN 10 Pro update a couple days ago and yesterday I had my 1st BSoD with WIN 10 and now Norton not working.
My bad (still on 1st cup of coffee) — don’t have Office 365 but I do have Norton 360 which was my morning’s bane.
