Tuifua is a surname most commonly found in Wallis and Futuna, an island group in the South Pacific. It became a French protectorate in 1887.

People with this name in the U.S. seem to be football players and members of the Latter-Day Saints church.

And a search on “Feituuaki” returns nothing but stories about this guy. Maybe it’s a unique name made by combining elements from ancestral names.
