But it for darn sure shows folks that were in a real hurry to get something done, thinking/hoping that no one would ever look...

Or...

They figured that when people DID look, it would take weeks to sort it all out. By that time, the "safe harbor" date for the Electoral College will have passed, and then the acceptance of the vote in Congress will have passed.

They were right. By the time we're able to document the fraud that was covered up by the officials who were in charge, it's too late to do anything to correct it.
