A previous posting indicated a life expectancy of approximately 3 years after a D-dimer positive testing, and referenced the effect the clotting has on vital organs.

It sounds too much like Global Climate Change. You can’t see evidence of it but it will eventually kill you.

Correct, that's what the doctors in that interview were discussing. As far as any time limits, 3 years or any limit, the doctor didn't mention any time limits unless my memory is really faulty.
