You can decarbonize all you want. It's not going to change the climate. It may however, provide a slow death of our forests.

Don't worry...between the forest fires which could have been prevented and this decarbonizing, we won't have forests to shade us and feed the earth and the air.

It WILL most assuredly kill millions of PEOPLE with high-priced, scarce, and unreliable power. People WILL soon die of heat, cold, starvation, food poisoning (no refrigeration) and untold other unintended consequences of this insane folly. This insanity diverts scarce economic resources from where it could pay high dividends (e.g., areas that need clean water and municipal sanitation) to useless and extremely wasteful projects such as this. Bjørn Lomborg predicted this 23 years ago in "The Skeptical Environmentalist."
