I’ve read there is a shortage of blood donations in many places.
I got a card in the mail from the regional hospital that the blood mobile will be outside our county courthouse. Reminding me that it is time I gave blood, which I do regularly.
It may be that in the future the issue becomes more complicated. Will they stop taking blood from those who are not (and will not be) vaccinated for Covid?
I’m 73 and they still remind me to donate blood.
Oh, I forgot.
Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t believe in taking blood transfusions.
