At first I had no leads, I was stumped

Then, tried vowels in word after period
First word came into focus.
JUI, JUIP came into focus.

1:51.01 First word gives away the first sentence, and after that's it's just typing until you get to the author. I did not recognize the author and probably spent most of my time trying to guess. I did get lucky and hit on the right letters, but I can only claim credit for luck.
