The anti vaccination advocacy sites are well known and not hidden.

I searched for anti Vax websites and all I found were websites that were pro Vax.

Same here. Every time I search for a specific, or general, shot adverse effect, all I get are vax pushing links.

Complete buyout, sell out and take over of tech....including search engines.
