“Democratic Republic” sounds like an African dictatorship with Soviet backing.
The headline writer is, at best, ignorant of history. America was not set up as a Democracy, and it would be good if the concept dies.

Well, just about everything politically is majority rule...except for the filibuster...is it not? That’s why we have the Soros filth and other assorted democrat scum in key positions destroying the country’s fabric. I don’t know how to reconcile that with the concept of a republic.
