Preliminary Findings of mRNA Covid-19 Vaccine Safety in Pregnant Persons

A total of 35,691 v-safe participants 16 to 54 years of age identified as pregnant. Injection-site pain was reported more frequently among pregnant persons than among nonpregnant women, whereas headache, myalgia, chills, and fever were reported less frequently. Among 3958 participants enrolled in the v-safe pregnancy registry, 827 had a completed pregnancy, of which 115 (13.9%) resulted in a pregnancy loss and 712 (86.1%) resulted in a live birth (mostly among participants with vaccination in the third trimester). Adverse neonatal outcomes included preterm birth (in 9.4%) and small size for gestational age (in 3.2%); no neonatal deaths were reported. Although not directly comparable, calculated proportions of adverse pregnancy and neonatal outcomes in persons vaccinated against Covid-19 who had a completed pregnancy were similar to incidences reported in studies involving pregnant women that were conducted before the Covid-19 pandemic. Among 221 pregnancy-related adverse events reported to the VAERS, the most frequently reported event was spontaneous abortion (46 cases).

CONCLUSIONS

Preliminary findings did not show obvious safety signals among pregnant persons who received mRNA Covid-19 vaccines. However, more longitudinal follow-up, including follow-up of large numbers of women vaccinated earlier in pregnancy, is necessary to inform maternal, pregnancy, and infant outcomes. . . . Here is the lie hiding in plain site.

There were 104 spontaneous abortions in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy, after receiving an mRNA covid shot.

But 700 of the 827 received the shot in the third trimester, after the 20 week mark. So. 104/127 pregnancies that got the jab in the first 20 weeks were terminated. (Or thereabouts)

At a minimum, the way this was written/analyzed was very poor for the Nejm.

The authors do admit this group (early pregnancy jab getters) need more study.

I’d say this group needs to strictly avoid the jab.

Sooo, the researchers really didn’t ask the vast majority of the 30K pregnant women who formed the potential complete study group what became of their pregnancy?

It looks like before 20 weeks pregnancy spontaneously terminated between 10 and 26 percent of the time (pre-covid).

Of women 127 that were less than 20 weeks pregnant and got the mRNA jab in this study. 104 had early spontaneously terminated pregnancies.

This is a death sentence for the baby!

Now it doesn't take a genius to figure out 3 things from this data.

- First, these women had only been enrolled in this study 1-3.5 months when this was written. To have given birth already, the participant would have had to be AT LEAST late in her 2nd trimester when vaccinated. Note that this data was collected MARCH 30. Those who already delivered were almost all in their 3rd trimester when vaccinated.

- Second, 104 miscarriages out of 3,959 pregnancies isn't 82%. Applying normal miscarriage rates, about 10%-15%, to the 1132 vaccinated during the first trimester and 92 vaccinated before conception, we should expect 122-184 miscarriages.

- Third, the vast majority of these women, over 3,000 were STILL pregnant when this study was written. The 827 "completed pregnancies" are a fraction of the participants. In December, the study will be completed.
