This LOOKS lie it is fluid ... IS it ?
By "fluid" I mean, it is not just standing still but sort of moving around, like swirling gasses.
In a day or two, does it look different ?

There’s some motion due to gravity. IIRC there were no novae or explosive forces in it. But the movement would be imperceptible in a human lifespan except with specialized and powerful instruments.
Over a millennia or two, there might be some change. Over some 10k years there might be an observable star birth.

Considering the astronomical distances, it’s not going to change a lot in a day or two.
But it it’s not outer space and just a spill or a Jackson Pollok painting, then yeah, it could change.
