If you look closely at the false color image, you can see numerous humanoid like faces and body parts.
There’s some motion due to gravity. IIRC there were no novae or explosive forces in it. But the movement would be imperceptible in a human lifespan except with specialized and powerful instruments.
Over a millennia or two, there might be some change. Over some 10k years there might be an observable star birth.
Reminds me of a pile of afterbirth on a dairy farm after a calving. The colors are all there.

Considering the astronomical distances, it’s not going to change a lot in a day or two.
But it it’s not outer space and just a spill or a Jackson Pollok painting, then yeah, it could change.
Given the distances involved, and the filed of view, it would take a century or two...................
