The one that is making the rounds is quite clearly someone filming a security monitor on their phone.
I presume it was leaked by some low level staffer who didn’t have the permissions/ability to download the video file itself.
If it’s the same video I saw, it appears to be someone taking a video of a fixed CCTV monitor using his or her phone. That’s why it moves.
…just sayin’
As a pro, can you tell us what makes this appear to be handheld video?
There is a nihilmaniac out there.
Can I see that video?
It would make me wonder: “How?!”. As in, how did someone know to be in the right place at the right time.
It is a recording by handheld device of another recording being played on the security system’s monitor.
Look for the edge of the monitor being viewed, creeping in and out of frame.
So this is where the conspiracy nut jobs are hanging out this afternoon?
“Have another hit”, and get back to us.......

Have you a link to said video?
They will never be able to identify the dead. This happened in the middle of the night and most likely the people had their Pj’s on.
Simple. It is someone using a phone to record what is on a screen showing the security camera footage. I have done similar in my work to quickly capture something, rather than actually go into the software and download the segment. You can even see the top of the monitor a couple of times. Not everything is a conspiracy. Sheesh.
And that makes you suspect possible "foul play" was involved, that the camera guy knew ahead of time what was going to happen?
“It makes me wonder, “Why?”
It makes me wonder how people who see conspiracies everywhere even get through the day.
I would like to know why it doesn’t look like it’s 1:30am in that video. (If it’s infra-red night vision, it would be more grayscale, unless I’m not familiar with security cameras that provide colorized night-time video like that.)
Pretty obvious it was a take-down. The question is why?
