No Constitutional way to remove a sitting President except impeachment and conviction.

If it's fraud, then he's not "a sitting president". He would be a fraudulent imposter.

Exactly. The electors boat sailed January 6. The audits are to document the fraud and how it was done, and point us towards ways to prevent it in future elections.

“No Constitutional way to remove a sitting President except impeachment and conviction.”

People keep saying that - but there are PLENTY of things that could result in his removal - and nobody would question the Constitutionality for a second.

Let’s start with some less likely ones - just to make the point.

1. If he stripped down and started playing with himself on live TV...
2. If he turned out to be an alien lizard creature with a Biden skin suit…
3. If he chopped up Jill and tossed her body parts off the WH roof…

Well, you get the point… there ARE limits to what the American people will stand for - at which point questions of Constitutionality become moot.

I would say clear proof of a stolen election is one of those limits.

If the proof is convincing enough that President Trump was the rightful winner, then Biden would have to step down. Period.

To look at it another way, let’s say you broke into the house of a bank CEO, and kicked him and his family out on the street.

Now, we know there are strict foreclosure laws that govern a bank’s ability to take possession of a house. Would the bank CEO need to follow those foreclosure laws? Hell no.

And President Trump wouldn’t need to follow Constitutional procedure for the removal of a sitting POTUS. If he can convince the American people that he won - then HE is the POTUS, and the Constitution is on HIS side.

I’m not saying it is possible to convince the public he won - so many are hopelessly brainwashed - I’m just saying that’s the key to it all - convince the American people the election was stolen, and Constitutional process won’t be an issue.

If the Constitution had been followed, President Trump would be in the White House right now - it is absurd to argue that the Constitution would somehow prevent the rightful winner from assuming office.
