Correction.-In our yesterday's issue, we stated that a sailor was being tried at the Navy-Yard, on a charge of having pulled Capt. Mullany's nose. We are assured that this is an entire mistake. The accused struck Capt. Mullany a blow, and he, in conformity with the regulations, reported the matter to the Secretary of the Navy, for his action. The man is now titled on the charge of striking a blow. A letter written by the accused to Capt. Mullany, asking for his pardon for the offense, has been laid before the Court. "Listen - I may have hit him but I definitely didn't pull his nose"
