The graphic in the OP is misleading. There are a lot more countries in the “Top Ten” than are shown there. The US is currently ranked 7th, alongside Switzerland, the UK, New Zealand and Belgium. Luxembourg (shown 7th) is actually ranked fourth alongside Italy, Finland and Spain.
It wwill not buy you a cup of coffee, or a bowl of rice!
I am not sure how they measure this. I would approach it from the stand point of what countries that I would want to go to and do I require a visa. No visa is better. There are plenty of hellholes that I have no interest in visiting.
