She makes references to Agenda 2030, which calls for development strategies that result in resilient societies where people are safe from chronic threats such as abject poverty, hunger, disease, violence and repression, and protected from sudden and hurtful disruptions in their daily lives. The U.N. put this out in 2017: HOW AFRICA CAN ACHIEVE THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS. Have we heard or seen anything positive now 4 years later?
