I am a multi year A List Preferred flyer with SWA. On my last flight, I was shocked at how mean and rude the flight attendants were toward the passengers. I wrote down their names and called the SWA A-List number.

I was told the flight crews are under a lot of stress. I told SWA that was no excuse for the outright mean behavior of the flight attendants. Nothing will done or corrected by SWA.

I was a superior Medallion class member with Delta, which has always been really great and had a great staff. Aside from their woke corporate stupidity, the few Delta flights I have taken (all domestic, obviously) have been horrible because the flight attendants are charged with enforcing these awful masking rules which are driving people out of their minds.

Really, let the airlines go. They all have UV air scrubbers and probably the cleanest air anywhere. Even if you believe this Covid nonsense is real and masks actually do something…you don’t need them on the plane.

This is creating horrible stress for both passengers and crew, and I can easily see why things are just exploding.
