Yes. There were a lot of people working on liposome mediated transfer tigon in the 80’s.

He’s certainly not the inventor of the system being used in these two RNA vaccines.

A pioneer in the field would be appropriate.

That’s why I stated it was an exaggeration.

Read the abstract, I will paste it in below, and see they were working on transfecting cell lines. In vitro work meant for research purposes. Not in vivo gene therapy application. (Pointing this out is not a knock on their work at all. It was very good science.)

We have developed an efficient and reproducible method for RNA transfection, using a synthetic cationic lipid, N-[1-(2,3-dioleyloxy)propyl]-N,N,N-trimethylammonium chloride (DOTMA), incorporated into a liposome (lipofectin). Transfection of 10 ng to 5 micrograms of Photinus pyralis luciferase mRNA synthesized in vitro into NIH 3T3 mouse cells yields a linear response of luciferase activity. The procedure can be used to efficiently transfect RNA into human, rat, mouse, Xenopus, and Drosophila cells. Using the RNA/lipofectin transfection procedure, we have analyzed the role of capping and beta-globin 5’ and 3’ untranslated sequences on the translation efficiency of luciferase RNA synthesized in vitro. Following transfection of NIH 3T3 cells, capped mRNAs with beta-globin untranslated sequences produced at least 1000-fold more luciferase protein than mRNAs lacking these elements.

To me it is not an exaggeration, it is merely a translation that normal people not trained in the discipline would understand that he was a pioneer for the technology. I didn’t ever see him claim that he had anything to do with these particular vaccines.

And NOVOTECH certainly has the expertise to judge how to describe his work, and this again is what they said:

“specifically as one of the original inventors of DNA vaccination and multiple non-viral gene therapy technologies (RNA and DNA).”

And of the 3 people, I felt he was quite studious and careful with what he had to say - very reasoned and not wildly claimly all manner of crap that I’ve seen other places.

In fact, I’d like to lots of non-inflammatory discussions between Doctors and people qualified to discuss these developments. It is sadly lacking.

Why did Dr. Malone wait so long to speak on this topic? Vaccines have been happening since December. I know he said he warned the FDA and sent them packets, etc. But why didn’t he speak months ago?

If he is all about preserving human life, why didn’t he write something in a Journal? Make his own podcast? That question bugs me.

Was the good Doctor waiting for or demanding a fee?
Here’s his website…… https://www.rwmalonemd.com/

He now consults for fees. I can’t imagine that would be the reason for his delay in telling the public.
But I think it’s a legitimate question.
He waited until 160-170 Million Americans were fully vaccinated?!?!?
