Psychiatrists are drawn from the bottom of the medical school barrel. She is a good example.
She does. In a saner place she would be. But this is New York State and New York City, where the more weird, the more normal [for there] it is. Therefore, in reality, she fits right in. I, myself would stay the hell the way from there. But that is just me.
