What I am not understanding is how the State of Florida has standing. I thought states don’t have standing in Federal courts anymore not since Texas v woke states was thrown out.

It is just one judge.

You are also forgetting that President Trump is no longer President. When Trump was President, the rule of law was not in effect, until the danger to the Deep State was out of office!

That’s an interesting argument. Trump not being reelected is a boon, not a harm to Texas and since you have no harm, you have nothing the court can redress. No standing. QED. Sounds like the kind of 2-year old cute argument Roberts would make.
