The CIA uses the Art of War against the U.S. military, and a lot to most of the people in the U.S. military do not know that the CIA is the U.S. militarys’ (and the U.S. populaces’) MORTAL ENEMY.

That is very true. Like most quotes people seek for the most impact. I’d urge reading the whole thing too.
Ben Franklin once said. “That was a good dump I just took.”
He might have used different words then but that’s the translation these days.

Sometimes retreat is necessary... That was used in the Revolutionary War by the patriot side as needed/required because you don’t just let everyone get mowed down, etc. in lose lose situations (battles, etc.).
