I’m surprised that the snake didn’t head for the ground as soon as it sensed movement on the top of the hedges near it.
Does anybody remember the scene in Bananas where Woody Allen and the other rebel volunteers were in the jungle being taught. The instructor repeated if someone is bitten by a snake you “suck out of the poison” and they all got really bored.
Later a young woman ran past holding her breast yelling “I have been bitten by the snake.” All the men rushed to help her.
