Sugar is the enemy to heart health
Agreed.
Agree. When the low fat craze came late in the 20th century, it was accompanied by much higher amounts of sugar in processed food. This is when the huge spike in type two diabetes occurred. Our bodies are not designed to eat large amounts of any kind of refined carbohydrates especially sugar but flour is just about as bad.
Cholesterol Myths by Uffe Ravnskovis another good one. Sugar is the enemy. And high glycemic carbs.
