Do you know how many threats Kevin Elsenheimer and his entire family got from the power structure over this?
The threats could have been in the dozens or hundreds.
Or there could have been none.
Could have been as simple as....Hey, Kevin, just talked to Gov Whitmer and she was telling me there’s probably going to be a vacant seat on the ????? court. And she happens to think, in the interest of bipartisanship and fairness that you could be a great pick for it. The Governor is a firm believer in justice being blind and she believes that you wouldn’t let your being a Republican interfere with your ability to interpret the law fairly and justly. Take some time to think about it.
With the way things have played out over the last 6-7 months, for as many supporters of President Trump that there are in this country, there sure seem to be a lot of very, very Republican Anti-Trump folks in every layer of politics and the judicial system.
It’s all a sick political game to these scum. There is really only one way to go at this point. Most of us know. Who knows where anything will actually go? My heart aches for this country and the children who will inherit it. I admit this had sucked the life out of me these past two years.
