Chris Reeves Large Sabenza,
Looks nice but very pricey.
If you want razer sharpness I do not recommend Buck. They’re wonderful knives, I have a 110 folder I bought in 1974. It is a little heavy but it’s been around the world a couple times with me during my seafaring days. I’m on my 2nd belt pouch.
Victorinox, has other options besides the MacGyver Swiss army knife models. Good steel.
TBH, if you want razor sharp it is either going to get a thin blade and stainless or any number of blades in low carbon steel. I prefer low carbon steel mainly because you can sharpen that on a rock if you absolutely have to.
If you have a couple of hundred bucks you can buy grinders and grit bars, wetstones, wetstone levelers, etc... and develope the necessary touch around this equipment.
Or go low carbon.
