When visiting Seattle about a month ago, I entered a restaurant/bar that had a “masks required” sign on the door, and I wore a mask. When I got in the place was packed and NOBODY was wearing a mask except the wait staff, so I took mine off. A waitress came over to me to seat us and asked me to put my mask on. I said nobody else was, and she said that is because they are sitting at tables. So I asked her to seat us and that would be good, but she still insisted.
I told her their policy proves that wearing masks there is pure theater, and I don’t participate in theater so I would not be wearing a mask. A lot of people started staring. She “tentatively” kicked us out, but then tried to get us back in, I said no thank you and we would go somewhere where men were free.
We found another place a mile down the road where they didn’t care if you wear masks, and the waitress, though wearing one, was wearing it so loose it hung out from her face and her nose wasn’t covered.
I simply refuse to participate in the nonsense. And no, fighting back is not “easier”. Quite the opposite. But every generation must sometimes give up their “comfort” to preserve freedom for their progeny.
Yup. We do not succumb to this mask crap. We simply leave where we are not wanted. If enough Americans cared about their freedom, they would do the same. It’s pathetic that so many have been conditioned to simply accept Dr. Fauci’s BS.
