I always wore my hair VERY short while I was in the Army. WHO has TIME for hair care? You’ve got weapons to clean and boots to shine! Wash and wear - or if you’re in the field, rub some dirt into it (Field Shampoo!) and get ON with your mission, LOL!
Of course, it wasn’t the bleepin’ ‘Country Club’ it seems to be these days. I was in a Support Battalion hauling Bullets, Beans & Gasoline to the front lines.
