I take a multivitamin, zinc, vit d, probiotics, vit c, CoQ10, vit b12, omega 3, amongst other things.

Another thing that especially keeps the CCP-Coronavirus from getting me, especially lately, is how surly I have become during the CONdemic, particularly towards lying politicians. (Is there any other kind?) The Wuhan Flu is a-skeered of me!

Every morning (and way before COVID) I would start my day with (3) fried eggs in Kerrygold butter. Whole fat yogurt with berries swirled in. And vitamin D and vitamin C tablets for good measure.

Then for lunch it is usually canned sardines or oysters with a handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews).

At that point, it almost doesn't matter what I have for dinner as I've already hit the nutritional jackpot.

Almost never been sick since eating this way.
