Remember that Giuliani was careful not to litigate any claims of fraud after the election. He was wise because he couldn't produce enough evidence to win on that point then. Now we have Dr. Frank's statistical evidence, plus whatever else has been uncovered since the election. Hopefully, today is the day the witness and evidence is made public, and filed in court.
