I don't know if your claim is true or not but what I do know is that it doesn’t explain all the other footage out there of him groping and caressing young kids, especially little girls in public over the years.
He is known for this behavior and has gotten away with it for many years. I believe his son Hunter learned his pedophile ways from the old man.
And he has had at least one young woman who put her reputation and privacy on the line by coming forward and publicly exposing Biden as a pervert and sexual abuser, when she claimed he actually inserted his finger into her vagina under her dress or skirt and no one has done anything about it.
Once the democRATS decided they were going to steal the election for this guy, the media slammed the doors in this young lady’s face and all press coverage was cut off. She had reported it to the police, had contemporaneous corroborators and more proof than most cases like this have. But to no avail. It's been swept under the media rug.
Biden is a sicko and the creepy uncle no one wants to invite to family functions because of his egregious and lurid behavior. He doesn’t hide it because no one ever called him on it.
So you can dismiss the video with the young boy as Biden consoling his grandson at his son's funeral as "What's the big deal?, but what can't be dismissed is the years of video and photographs of Biden engaging the same perverted behavior of a grown man preying on young boys and girls and acting and like it's normal behavior. It's not normal behavior.
Dirty Biden is due his comeuppance soon enough.
